
Preparation:
Wash the potatoes and boil them in lightly salted water for 25 min. (can also be used with vacuumed sealed precooked potatoes). Once cooked, place them in a bowl. Prepare a mayonnaise with a pinch of garlic then carefully mix in the roe. With the help of a pastry bag cover the potatoes with the mixture.
